On September 28, 2022, Transamerica Institute and the University of Iowa College of Public Health co-hosted a one-day conference showcasing Colorado employer's successes in adopting the AIMS program. The AIMS Colorado Conference also featured Governor Jared Polis, national aging and work experts, state of Colorado leadership, and employers who are part of the first generation to adopt the AIMS program.
