For more than two decades, Transamerica Center for Retirement Studies has annually surveyed workers and employers about their attitudes, behaviors, and retirement-related expectations and preparations. The annual Transamerica Retirement Survey has become one of the largest and longest-running surveys of its kind. Over the years, the research illustrates the dynamic nature of the retirement system, emerging trends, and how workers and employers are adapting to them.
